If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it to us in the complete original package with your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will replace the item or return your money excluding shipping charge if it's not free shipping and also credit card transaction fee if any applies. For free shipping orders, if the customers wants to return an item, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total cost of the item. Absolutely no returns/refunds after 30 days of the product purchased. Customer must call before returning any product. All returned products must be accompanied with RA # (Return Authorization Number) which will be available by calling the customer service. No returned products will be accepted without RA#. The returned product must be sent with RA#, original receipt/invoice and the reason of return if any. Mostly customers who wants to return their item becuase of the image errors, clickforotc.com is not responsible for any image errors shown on the website as the images are updated or changed by the manufacture regularly. In that case, shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer also has to pay the shipping charges for sending the item back to us. So please make sure before purchasing the item.
Orders cancelled on the same day before 2 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) the order placed will be issued full credit including shipping charge. After 30 days of the product purchased, if the customer wants to return the product for any reason, 25% of your original invoice will be deducted excluding shipping charge. Shipping charge is not refundable for returned products.
We also provide free return shipping if the product returned is our error.
Once your product has been returned and the customer wants the refund, will be issued within 7 to 15 business days after the verification of the product.
Customers who puchased products and selected 2nd Day/Overnight and wants a replacement for the returned product and if it is our error, will be shipped through the shipping method you selected. If it is not our error, but if you still want the product to be replaced and not the refund, we will not ship the order through the same shipping method you selected but will be shipped through standard shipping which we will be charging. If the customer wants to be shipped priority/express, the shipping will be charged. Some restrictions apply.
Seasonal products like sun care - sun tanning, sunless tanning, sunscreen protection, children's sun care and other sun care products cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure before you place an order.
International Shipment Returns
International customers who purchased products and if your order is returned to us because the customer refuses the package or an address error made by the customer or ordered items which are not allowed by the customs into the country, customer will be fully responsible for the shipping charges billed to clickforotc.com. If the customs stops the items ordered by the customer into the country and if the package is lost, no credit will be given to the customer. It the item returned to us due to custom rules and regulations, 25% of your original invoice will be deducted excluded shipping charge. customer should be aware of all the custom duties, laws and regulations before placing an order.
